The price you see is per person, but it applies whether you're booking for one or two people. Here's the catch: If you're booking alone and we can't find someone to share a room with you (twin-sharing accommodation), there's a $200 single supplement fee you'll need to pay upon arrival in Nepal. We'll let you know before your trip if there's someone to share with. This single supplement also applies if you prefer a solo room throughout the trek. In short, the price is per person, but a solo surcharge applies if you're traveling alone and want your own room.

Places Nepal Trek and Tours
So, when you land in Kathmandu, look for someone holding up a sign that says 'Places Nepal Trek & Tours.' That's our friendly rep who'll take you to your hotel.
We'll have a pre-trip meeting at our office either on your first or second day. That's where you'll meet your guide and we'll go over everything you need to know.
Don't forget to bring your passport, three passport-size photos, and a copy of your travel insurance. And if you still owe us any money, please be ready to pay it then. You'll also need to sign some paperwork.
