Assin Manso Ancestral Slave River Park
Assin Manso's ancestral slave site and river is where enslaved Africans were branded, sorted, and had their last bath before they were made to walk over 38km to Cape Coast Castle, Elmina Castle, and Fort Amsterdam to await the ships to an unknown world. At Assin tourists will be told the history of the place and walk through the Ancestral path to see the slave river, honor, and pay homage to those who came before them.
Lastly, tourists will have an opportunity to experience the last bath by entering the river and washing their feet, face, and hands by way of experiencing the last bath which their ancestors did.
Afterward, tourists will be transported to Cape Coast Castle.

Cape Coast Castle
Capecaost Castle is the smallest among the three (3) castles in Ghana and it is the only castle that was built by the Europeans for the slave trade. The Cape coast castle is a UNESCO World Heritage site and it is an important site for the remembrance of the history of the trans-Atlantic slave trade in Ghana and the coast of West Africa.
Tourists will tour the slave Dungeons, learn the history of the place, and was through the DOOR OF NO RETURN now the DOOR OF RETURN since 1998 awaiting the descendants of enslaved Africans who were forcefully taken to an unknown world.
Afterward, tourists will have their lunch and will be transported to the Kakum National Park for their canopy walkway experience.

Kakum National Park
Kakum National Park is the second largest national park in Ghana. It is the home for various animals, reptiles, and birds that are domestically nocturnal; active, and usually seen at night. Tourists will take a 15-minute hike/walk to the canopy walkway, the main attraction of the site. The canopy walkway is about 40 - 50 meters high with a distance of about 350 meters.
The canopy walkway gives an aerial view of the rainforest. Tourist safety is assured because of the frequent maintenance of the canopy walkway by those in charge of the canopy walkway and the park.
Note: the tour is recommended for those who want to conquer their fear of heights.
Afterward, tourists will be transported back to Accra and will be dropped off at their pickup point or location.
