برنامج الجولة
Guests are welcomed into the location and, guided by an Expert chef, get to work. You learn how to knead and roll the dough by hand to create the tagliatelle, you start the slow cooking of the traditional Bolognese sauce and assemble the tiramisu, which is then put to rest.
Once the practical part is over, we all have lunch together, enjoying freshly prepared pasta seasoned with meat sauce and, finally, tiramisu, all accompanied by an excellent selection of local wines.
It is a moment of socialization and relaxation, where the pleasure of food is combined with the story and the satisfaction of having created a complete lunch with their own hands.
