Freshly made stroopwafel – A warm, traditional caramel waffle from a 200-year-old Dutch bakery, sometimes served with cinnamon liqueur. Dutch “sashimi” – Typical Dutch herring with onions and pickles from a local fishmonger (available before 16:00).
