Visit the Golden Temple, also called the Darbar Sahib, first thing in the morning. For Sikhs, this famous location serves as their cultural and spiritual hub. Take some time to explore the temple complex, take in the breathtaking architecture, and take in the tranquil environment.

Jallianwala Bagh
Jallianwala Bagh: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
Walk towards the neighbouring Jallianwala Bagh after visiting the Golden Temple. This historical landmark honours the 1919 massacre, which was horrific. Take approximately sixty minutes to comprehend its importance in the liberation movement of India.
12:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Shopping & Lunch
Stop for lunch at one of the well-known restaurants in Amritsar. You can sample regional specialities such as Lassi, Chole, and Amritsari Kulcha. Enjoy some shopping at the neighbourhood markets after lunch to find handicrafts, souvenirs, and traditional Punjabi clothing.
