Taj Mahal
تاج محل "تاج القصر" هو ضريح من الرخام الأبيض العاجي يقع على الضفة اليمنى لنهر يامونا في مدينة أغرا الهندية. بُني عام ١٦٣٢ بأمر من الإمبراطور المغولي شاه جهان (حكم من ١٦٢٨ إلى ١٦٥٨) ليضم قبر زوجته المفضلة، ممتاز محل؛ كما يضم ضريح شاه جهان نفسه. يُعد الضريح محور مجمع مساحته ١٧ هكتارًا (٤٢ فدانًا)، ويضم مسجدًا ودار ضيافة، ويقع في حدائق رسمية محاطة من ثلاث جهات بجدار ذي شُرفات.
