Watch the full process—from cracking the nuts by hand to grinding and extracting the precious oil—and discover its many culinary and cosmetic uses. Relax with a warm welcome of Moroccan mint tea accompanied by honey and homemade amlou, a delicious local spread made from almonds, argan oil, and honey. This authentic cultural stop offers insight into rural life while supporting the women of the community.

Upon arrival in the Agafay Desert, travelers will meet their professional guide and be introduced to their horse. After a short safety briefing, they will begin a private horse riding experience across the unique rocky desert landscape.
