It begins at the charming Church of Las Peñitas, where Nacho found his faith (and his style!).

Itinerary
1
San Agustin Etla
You will visit the famous Santiario de las Peñitas. Church that was used for the filming of the Nacho Libre film.
1 hour
2
Zona Arqueologica de Monte Alban
A guided tour of this majestic pre-Hispanic city takes place, taking photographs and recreating the moment of the end of the film.
1 hour and 30 minutes
3
El Rey de Matatlan
Visit a Palenque where the drink is made, emblematic of Oaxaca, which is the mezcal.
Perhaps one of these Mezcals is one of those used by the father at Mass to commune. They will know the process and have the opportunity to taste various Mezcales to bless their way.
1 hour
4
Teotitlan del Valle
You will go to a workshop-house where the most beautiful textiles in all Mexico are made. You’ll be surprised how they use natural elements like flowers, insects and fruit to dye sheep wool. You will see, for example, how a plant becomes the indigo blue, just like Nacho’s mask.
1 hour
5
El Centro Oaxaca De Juarez
The service will be fulfilled, leaving them at the aqueduct, where several scenes of the film were filmed. In one of the scenes, the skeleton attacks Nacho in the back.
