We will explore Olympiou Street, the lively pedestrian area with all the bars and restaurants in the most local district in downtown Athens, Koukaki. We will try a souvlaki or gyros at my favorite local grill place.

We will try another typical Greek savory snack, which is of course the phyllo pastry pies. The bakery is a local family-run business where I buy my bread and pies for more than 20 years. We will also have meze dishes at a local Greek Taverna (Mousaka, Tzatziki, Greek Salad, Gemista) and share local wine like locals do.

Natürlich beenden wir den Abend mit einem meiner liebsten griechischen Desserts. Ich begleite Sie auch zum Endpunkt, der U-Bahn-Station Akropolis, und zeige Ihnen die wunderschöne Fußgängerzone Makrigianni und Apostolou Pavlou, wo wir die beleuchtete Akropolis genießen können! Der perfekte Abschluss des Abends!
