Originally a shipyard, the area has been transformed into a popular meeting place filled with restaurants, cafés, and local shops. Aker Brygge is also closely connected to Norwegian cuisine. We will focus on fresh local ingredients and traditional Nordic flavours, especially seafood such as salmon, cod, shrimp, and king crab sourced from Norway’s cold coastal waters.
