The museum is the commemorative site of the former Ohel Moishe Synagogue, was once the religious ceremonial center for the exiled Jewish refugees during the World War II. The museum features documents, photographs, films and other personal items documenting people’s day-to-day lives at the time. On the walls of the entrance, you can see photos of the surviving refugees. Inside, some articles of daily use and religious articles full of Jewish culture, as well as historical records about the Nazis persecuting Jewish are on exhibit.

Longhua Temple is the oldest temple in Shanghai for its long history of over 1,700 years. Besides its long history, Longhua Temple is the largest temple in Shanghai. The official name is St. Ignatius Cathedral, which was built in 1896 during Qing Dynasty. As an international church in Shanghai, it used to be called 'The largest Cathedral in the far east', which is now referred to as 'the Cathedral on Sheshan'. The building is in a Gothic style. The top is 50 meters high and is quite unique among the skyscrapers of the city.
