We will take you to visit one of the magnificent castles that make the Saint-Emilion wines famous. Grapes, trimming, vatting, fermentation, gluing... you will know all about winemaking, the different varieties used and blending wines. You will see that the modernism of today’s cellars blends perfectly with ancestral working techniques in order to give birth, each year, to wonderful vintages, always having a strong temperament.
This tour will conclude with a tasting of the wines of the property. During this tasting you will be given valuable advice on guarding, for your future purchases of Saint-Émilion wines.
