- First stop will a guided tour of the Roskilde Cathedral getting some history of the cathedral and seeing some of the most distinct Christian monarch of Denmark.
- Of course this is the slow tour. it is planned that the guide will do an outside and inside tour. (outside of course as the weather permits).
After the guided tour, depending on the time. There will most likely also be time for you to seek out what you find most interesting either inside or outside the cathedral.
- Hereafter a bus tour through the beautiful landscape with farming, forest and small villages to the town of Hillerod.

Viking Ship Museum
Our guide will do a short intro and lead you up to the museum.
From here you are on your own to explore this very vibrant museum both inside where the 1000 year old wreck are on display and outside either along or onboard the reconstructed viking ship and a lot more.
You are allowed to enter the ship in the harbor - but at your own risk. Watch out for slippery spots and tare on the ships.

Frederiksborg Castle
- Arriving in the town of Hillerod, we will have 3 full hours.
- This is to be spend between the visit to the incredible Frederiksborg renaissance palace. And maybe also the baroque garden behind the palace.
- With 3 hours there might also be time to walk around in the center of the town and see a part of everyday life outside Copenhagen.
But it is all up to you. JUST keep track of the time and remember the pickup location.
- In the town of Hillerod you can also have your lunch.
Either at local café or a maybe a sandwich from the local bakery.
If you chooses the sandwich options, don't miss out on enjoying this from a bench at the lake surrounding the Frederiksborg Palace.
