We will visit one of the new attractions of Cusco "The rainbow mountain". The tour avoids early morning pick ups, we will pick you up from your hotel at :800 am. We will travel by car around two hours to Cusipata, where we can have breakfast. After we will travel by car 1 hour to the control point, where we will start the trek. The trek will is for 1 hour and 30 minutes, we will appreciate the typical landscape and flora and fauna of the Andes, among which Llamas and Alpacas stand out. Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain
The Rainbow Mountain in Cusco also known as Vinicunca, is by far the most popular single day trek in recent years.
It is located south of the city of Cusco – Perú (Cusco mountains), near one of the most important mountains in the country (due to its large size) Ausangate.
It also very special for local inhabitants due to its connection with the Andean religion or philosophy.
For centuries, the local people have hiked to the highest points braving the snow in order to worship and bring offerings to the mountain and the Pachamama.
