Meet your skipper in Svolvær and set sail west through the stunning Lofoten archipelago. As the harbour fades behind us, dramatic granite peaks rise directly from the sea, creating one of Norway’s most spectacular coastal landscapes. Depending on conditions, we’ll either sail around the island of Skrova, known for its white beaches and rich birdlife, or follow the sheltered route past the charming fishing village of Henningsvær. Along the way, keep watch for sea eagles, porpoises, and possibly even whales. Guests are welcome to steer the yacht, help with the sails, try fishing, or simply relax and enjoy the scenery. By evening, we arrive in the peaceful bay of Ure for a welcome dinner at Kaikanten, featuring fresh local seafood, great company, and a chance to get to know your fellow travellers before our first night onboard.
