Lake Nakuru National Park
Pick up from Nairobi hotel or Nairobi Airport. This morning we drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley. Stop at the Great Rift Valley View Point. The Great Rift Valley is a geographical and geological feature running north to south for around 6,400 kilometers, from northern Syria to central Mozambique. Astronauts say it is the most significant physical detail on the planet that is visible from space. Continue with the drive to the exotic lake Nakuru national park. Lunch at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge or Similar.
The park is a world class game drive destination with four of the Big Five are present, with both buffalo and rhinoceros being especially common in the park.You’ll enjoy a day long game drive along the shores of Lake Nakuru taking in its diverse variety of both animal and bird life. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the White Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe.
