Take to the sky on a 4-minute flight over the picturesque Hoffnungsthal Valley. Flying over our 130-year-old Shiraz vines, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier, and other varieties. Grapes from our family farm go into producing some of Penfolds’ Iconic wines.
Weight & Balance Requirements – Strictly Enforced For safety and regulatory compliance, accurate passenger weights must be provided at the time of booking. • Maximum individual weight: 130kg If a passenger arrives and their weight exceeds the maximum permitted individual or combined limits, the flight will not proceed and the full cost of the experience will be forfeited. كانت قرية هوفنونجستال (وادي الأمل) موقعًا لمستوطنة ألمانية رائدة سابقة. تأسست القرية عام ١٨٤٧، وكانت تقع في بحيرة مؤقتة كانت جافة في السنوات الأولى من الاستيطان. حذر سكان بيرامانجك المحليون المستوطنين من أن المنطقة معرضة للفيضانات، لكن هذه النصيحة تم تجاهلها. في أكتوبر ١٨٥٣، بعد أسبوع من الأمطار الربيعية الغزيرة، غمرت المياه القرية وتم إخلاء العديد من المنازل. بعد أن اعتُبرت تكلفة الصرف المقترحة باهظة، تُركت القرية في النهاية مهجورة. انتقل معظم المستوطنين إلى قرية بيثانيان في باروسا وكذلك إلى أماكن أبعد.
