Meet your driver in Jerusalem and depart for the Allenby/King Hussein Bridge to cross into Jordan. After completing passport and customs formalities, your Jordanian driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name to warmly welcome you. Begin your journey at the Baptism Site (Al-Maghtas) on the Jordan River, where Jesus was baptized. With a local guide, explore the archaeological remains, ancient churches, and the serene Jordan River area. Continue to Mount Nebo, the mountain from which Moses viewed the Promised Land. From its summit, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and even Jerusalem on clear days. Next, visit Madaba, known as the “City of Mosaics,” to see the famous 6th-century Mosaic Map of the Holy Land at St. George’s Church. End your day with a scenic drive south to the Wadi Rum Desert, where you’ll experience warm Bedouin hospitality, enjoy a traditional dinner, and stay overnight under a sky full of stars.
