The experience involves moving a long journey on foot in search for endangered mountain gorillas. Mountain gorilla trekking is mostly done in thick forests where you are guided by a trained ranger. Trekking might take a maximum of 8 hours but can even be 30 minutes depending on the location of the gorilla family.. On the day of trekking, wake up as early as 6:30am for breakfast at and proceed for briefing until 8.00am. Start the trek with simple forest hikes through designated trails, but may later become strenuous depending on the weather and how far the gorillas have moved, but the epic one hour encounter with a habituated family is truly refreshing. Our professional guide will pick you up from the Entebbe international airport., Have a short briefing and later proceed with a transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park. Have an enroute stop over at the Uganda equator for a short water experiment. This experiment explains and proves that earth is separated into the northern and Southern Hemisphere. After the experiment, drive to the park where you will have an overnight stay.
