Iquitos is a great opportunity and an excellent option for all those that want to escape for a moment of the concrete forests, infernal noises and pollution of the big cities. It is also special for those that want to have a close encounter with paradisiacal places in the virgin jungle of the Amazonian, without any other noise than the ones made by the birds, monkeys or insects.
Reception upon arrival at the airport in the city of Iquitos, from where we will be taken to the port to take our boat, on the way to the port we will have a brief description about the city and its surroundings.
In the afternoon we will canoe ride with a professional native guide, who know all the trails in the area. You will be able to observe typical flora and fauna of the place and learn from the multiple uses that the local people give to each plant.
Dinner at the Lodge enjoy a delicious dinner and our cozy bar.
Excursion at nightfall, you will be guided on a walk or canoe through the mysterious jungle in order to observe the tarantulas, cicadas, spiders, praying mantis. Also distinguish the songs of the owls and the "ayaymamas" and sounds of nocturnal animals. Overnight at the Lodge
