Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

Swim test: must be able to swim 200m non-stop, any stroke. Must be able to float for 10minutes.

Itinerary
Our Open Water Dive course consists of 3 days of training. Day 1 is conducted in the confined waters of a swimming pool where you will learn the skills of scuba diving. Day 2 is taken in the ocean to practice and perfect these skills already learnt. Day 3 is completing the final dives in the ocean to finish off your course.
Theory is taken online, at your convenience and in your own language prior to starting the pool sessions. Once you have provided us with the booking forms we will have your dive gear ready when you show up at the pool.
