On the first day of the 3-Day Merzouga Trip, travellers depart early from Marrakech and cross the majestic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, enjoying panoramic views and photo stops along the way. The journey continues to the historic kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its earthen architecture and cinematic fame. After exploring the fortified village, the trip proceeds to Ouarzazate, often called the "gateway to the Sahara," where travellers may stop for a visit or a quick photo near the Taourirt Kasbah.
