Hanoi - Thanh Son tea plantation- Khau Pha (260 km ~ 6 hours)

Thanh Son
Depart from the DCT Responsible Travel office at 17 Cau Go at 6:30 AM following the direction of Thanh Son, Phu Tho. After 2.5 hours, you will have a break at the tea plantation of Thanh Son where you will have a chance to take some beautiful pictures.

Cao Pha
Once arrived in Khau Pha, Mu Cang Chai at 12:30 AM, you will be welcomed by a Black Thai family who is your host during this trip. Lunch then have a rest at homestay.
In the afternoon, you will attend a 60-minute Nidra yoga class. This experience helps you to release tension or stress and to relax your body, brings you a state of harmony and a profound sense of peace. The one-hour Nidra yoga usually helps people to recharge their energy equal to three-hour sleep.

Lim Mong Village
After that is your me-time, you can also enjoy walking around the village, meeting the locals, and playing with children by the stream.
Dinner at 6:30 PM. After dinner, it’s time for the group to get to know each other better through circle connection with the moderation of Sivakami Chaitanya and Lam Dang. They will introduce to the group how to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle following classical Yoga, the benefit of yoga practice, and the wellness retreat. Don’t hesitate to share your concerns and questions if you have any.
