In the morning, our Shanghai driver will pick you up from your hotel at 5 a.m. and transfer you to Shanghai Hongqiao Train Station for train G2 (07:00-11:36) or a similar train to Beijing.

Upon your arrival in Beijing (please arrive before 12:00), our guide will meet you at the train station exit, holding a board with your name. You will then board the private car to start the tour.

Mutianyu Great Wall
After lunch, you will visit the Mutianyu Great Wall, the most scenic part of the Chinese Great Wall. It was built in the early Ming Dynasty in 1368 and stretches 5400 meters. 90% of the Mutianyu Great Wall is covered by vegetation. So in each season, this part of the Great Wall will treat visitors with its unique scenery. If hiking is too much for you, cable car is available and optional (cost on your own).
On the way back to the city area, we will make a stop at Bird’s Nest and Water Cube to pay an outer visit and take some pictures. Back to the hotel at around 17:30.
