Unlike tourist markets, this is where locals bargain, laugh, and select the freshest ingredients for their family kitchens and temple offerings. As you wander through colorful stalls, your guide introduces you to fragrant spices, tropical herbs, and unique Balinese ingredients that form the backbone of authentic island cuisine.
