I am Letizia, expert and passionate about Tuscan cuisine and I created this experience to combine your food choices with our tradition in the kitchen. Together with me, you will learn how to create the perfect dough even without eggs, using organic and high quality ingredients.
You will enjoy a Tuscan appetizer accompanied by family-produced wine while the doughs will be "resting". You will learn how to shape your handmade vegan noodles and discover the art of making pumpkin dumplings.

Together we will rediscover the most authentic and respectful side of our territory, simply learning the art of fresh handmade pasta, making the classic tagliatelle and soft yellow pumpkin gnocchi, following my grandmother's recipes.
