An immersive experience in the hills of San Miniato to discover the organic Inserrata oil. You will taste two extra virgin olive oils, Toscano and Toscano IGP, produced from native varieties such as Frantoiano and Moraiolo, hand-picked and cold-pressed.
The visit includes an introduction to organic philosophy, professional guided tasting, pairings with focaccia and local products, and a focus on the sensory and seasonal characteristics of the oils. On request, it is possible to complete the experience with a visit to the centuries-old olive grove.
