Starting at the St. Kliment Ohridski monument in the Doctor's Garden, you'll open the Explorial app, enter the 6-digit game code that you received by text and Viator chat message, and set off through Sofia's leafy centre. The tour is fully self-guided — no guide, no fixed start time, just your group and the city.
The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral soon fills the skyline, its gold and green domes crowning one of the largest Orthodox churches in the Balkans. Riddles explore bells, crypts and a nation's gratitude.
At the Ivan Vazov National Theatre, trivia plays out before the ornate facade and fountain park where Sofia comes to see and be seen.
