With your teacher Teresa of Syracuse, you will live an authentic experience, made of simple gestures, genuine flavors and family recipes. In this lesson Teresa teaches you different types of fresh pasta. During this lesson you will use flours, eggs and local and seasonal ingredients to make local pasta.The sauces will be meat, vegetarian or fish (fresh) and will be served an appetizer of local products or a dessert already prepared by Teresa in advance.The flours we will use contain gluten.
