Pass valid during the attractions’ usual operating hours or until closure of attractions, whichever is earlier. RWS Operation hours are subject to change without prior notice.

Upon exchange of confirmation receipt for attraction tickets, all attraction tickets are only valid on the day of exchange.

Only the stated number of attractions can be utilized. Unused attractions will not be refunded or exchanged of any kind
•
Please get ready at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before departure time. If failed will be customer need to come by there own and waiting time will be maximum 5 minutes.
