The Activity will start with a small introduction of ASHTANG YOGA. Then you will follow the me to perform some Yoga Positions (ASANAs), which will be followed by PRANAYAM and the whole activity will end up with SHORT MEDITATION.
It is a one hour long activity which will ensure that you have a smooth experience of Ashtanga Yoga, and will relax your mind and soul along with keeping your body fit.
You will perform 12 Yogic Asanas, 6 Pranayams positions and approximately 15 minutes of meditation.
On the bank of the holi river Ganges this will normally take place in the peaceful and calm morning, so that you can feel the impact of the nature on your body and mind.
