The landmark is the Copernicus Science Center.After getting out of the taxi, head towards the river. Then go down the stairs straight to the river. Then walk 300 meters to the left along the avenue.You will then see a barge called Panorama on the water.
The Old Town is the only area in the world (on this scale) where historic urban buildings have been systematically and completely rebuilt after catastrophic destruction reaching approximately 90% [3]. The reconstruction project was developed by a team of architects in collaboration with historians and art historians, based on preserved images of Warsaw, including Canaletto's vedute. Preserved fragments of facades, interior design elements, etc. were also used, while the interior layout was mostly changed and adapted to new functions.
