Pickup is available from your hotel, riad, or accommodation anywhere in Marrakech. Please provide your exact pickup location at the time of booking. On the day of the tour, your driver or guide will meet you at the agreed location, holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. If your accommodation is not accessible by car, a nearby meeting point will be arranged in advance.

After departing Marrakech, enjoy a scenic drive into the Moroccan High Atlas Mountains, reaching the beautiful and lesser-known Tighdouin Valley. This unspoiled valley offers breathtaking mountain views, terraced farmland, and traditional Berber villages that reflect authentic rural life.

During your visit, you will explore the Tighdouin valley on foot, discovering several natural freshwater springs that are essential to the local community. Your guide will explain how these springs support agriculture and daily life in the mountains. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to interact with locals, observe traditional farming methods, and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings far from the city crowds. Depending on the pace and interests of the group, the experience may include light walking along village paths, photo stops, and moments to relax and take in the landscape.

If included in the agreed itinerary, continue toward the traditional pottery village of Talatast, reached via a scenic mule path or mountain trail. Talatast is known for its handmade pottery crafted using ancestral techniques passed down through generations. Visit local workshops to observe artisans at work and learn about the cultural importance of pottery in the region.

Enjoy a traditional homemade lunch hosted by a local Berber family in the Tighdouin area, offering an authentic cultural exchange and a chance to taste local Moroccan dishes prepared with fresh, regional ingredients. After lunch, visit a women’s artisan cooperative where local women produce handmade goods using traditional methods. Learn about their craftsmanship and community initiatives while supporting sustainable local tourism.

After completing the visit, depart from the Tighdouin Valley and travel back to Marrakech. Drop-off will be at your original pickup location or another agreed point within Marrakech.
