A valid passport is required for all travelers. Guests departing from Livingstone or Victoria Falls will cross into Botswana and must ensure they have the appropriate visa, if applicable. Visa fees are not included. • Hotel pick-up takes place in the early afternoon. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed prior to the tour. Guests should be ready at the hotel reception at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. • The total duration of the experience is approximately 5–6 hours, including transfers and border formalities where applicable. • This is a shared boat safari, and timings may vary slightly depending on hotel locations and border procedures. • Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as animals move freely in their natural environment within Chobe National Park. • Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring sun protection, a camera, and personal items. • The tour is suitable for all ages; however, it is not wheelchair accessible. • While all logistics are professionally managed, occasional delays may occur due to border or river conditions beyond the operator’s control.
