We'll begin the excursion by heading toward El Bolsón, surrounded by an incomparable natural setting. First stop: Río Negro Trout Farm A guided tour of approximately 40 minutes where you'll learn about the trout farming process and taste a delicious artisanal trout pâté, accompanied by the owners of the establishment. Second stop: Adamow Boutique Winery (Lago Puelo) You'll be welcomed by Pedro and Carina, owners of this family winery.
