We'll start by heading towards "Carretera Austral" where after driving 20 minutes along the coastline you will have arrived at the local home for the cooking class. Once at the home, you will try "kuchen" a typical pastry of the south of Chile with some coffee or tea. Then we’ll start off with the cooking class: you'll make two different kinds of empanadas, both the dough and the fillings from scratch. We'll make a short break where you'll get to try a typical picada, consisting of a salami and cheese platter with Pisco Sour. Then you'll learn how to make (and flip!)
