The Buddha Dordenma Statue, towering 169 feet (51.5 meters) high, is one of the largest Buddha statues in the world and a defining landmark of Thimphu Valley. Tachog Lhakhang : Tachog Lhakhang (Temple of the Hill of the Excellent Horse) is a small 15th-century temple. It was built by the legendary Tibetan saint Thangtong Gyalpo, who also constructed the famous iron suspension bridge beside it. located on Thimphu-Paro Highway way.
