After getting off the ropeway, we’ll start with a simple Nordic walking lesson, and then your guide will lead you on a relaxing walk to the summit of Mt. Tsurumi.
Along the way, we’ll stop at scenic viewpoints where you can enjoy amazing views over Beppu Bay.

Уми Дзигоку
Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) is the largest hot spring among Beppu’s famous “Hells.”
It features a beautiful cobalt-blue pond and is designated as a national scenic spot. Despite its calm appearance, the water temperature reaches around 98°C (208°F)! It was formed about 1,200 years ago by the eruption of Mt. Tsurumi.

湯雨竹・足湯（ひょうたん温泉）
Yumetake is an eco-friendly cooling system developed at Hyotan Onsen in Beppu.
It uses bamboo branches to naturally cool down hot spring water that’s nearly 100°C (212°F), bringing it to a comfortable bathing temperature of around 47°C (117°F)—without adding any water.
