We offer hands-on Italian pasta-making workshops from scratch, focusing on fresh, colorful pasta made with natural ingredients such as vegetables and berries.

This is a 2-hour hands-on Italian pasta-making masterclass, designed as an immersive culinary experience. The workshop begins with a short introduction to Italian pasta traditions, followed by a step-by-step demonstration and guided practice. Participants learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch, shape different types of pasta, and cook them properly.
The class is conducted in a small-group setting to ensure personal attention and interaction. All ingredients, tools, and equipment are provided.
