Looking at the Volcano Vesuvius, we’ll pass trough the antiquarium, where i’ll show the objects found in the last excavations, like the coin that modify the date of the eruption and a very heavy golden armcuff, We’ll move to the Basilica, the Forum with the market and the main Temples.. We’ll walk along the Greater Decumano, having a nearby look inside the thermal system and the charming Lupanare. We will explore together many of the most beautiful domus, some of them recently opened. The guided tour will continue along via dell’Abbondanza, to reach the so-called “Fugitives’ garden”, where during the eruption some people tried to find an escape, but they died – as you can see thanks to the moulds. We’ll reach the Great Gymnasium, where many daily objects are exposed to end with the wonderful Amphitheatre.
