The adventure begins with a flight from Zanzibar, followed by an exhilarating game drive through the park. Your journey commences with a morning pick-up from your hotel, whisked away to the airport for your flight to Mikumi. Upon arrival, you'll embark on a shared safari game drive, guided by experienced drivers who will impart their extensive knowledge of the local fauna and terrain. As you traverse the park, you'll be treated to the sight of Tanzania's wildlife in their natural habitat. As midday approaches, you'll indulge in a bush lunch amidst the wilderness before continuing your exploration of the park. In the afternoon, you'll return to the airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar. Upon landing, a transfer will be arranged to take you back to your hote.
Mikumi National Park is grass land national park with very good visibility. There is 100% to see the following animals:- Elephant, Buffalo, Giraffe, Zebra, Antelope, Hippopotamus, Crocodile, Baboon and Birds. There is 90 percent to see Lion and 75 percent to see Leopard.
