With this unique experience you will have the chance to paint with a local artist in her "bottega" in the heart of the Langhe, discovering her secrets and learning this unique technique: how to pour wine on paper making ART!!! How it begins the creative process that produces the final work of art starting from a simple stain, respecting nature and underlining the uniqueness of color of wine.

Feel the dough come to life as you knead and mix it by hand, experiencing the transformation in texture firsthand. While the pasta rests, you and Ariella will craft a seasonal sauce using local and organic ingredients. In winter, savor the flavors of funghi or pumpkin, while summer brings the freshness of cherry tomatoes and basil. As the pasta is stretched and prepared for cooking, Ariella will demonstrate two methods for achieving the perfect texture. You'll have the opportunity to try your hand at it, gaining a true understanding of the process. Finally, come together to cook and enjoy your handmade pasta creation, paired with local wines and a decadent homemade tiramisu. This unique experience offers a taste of the rich culinary heritage of the Monferrato region in a picturesque country setting.

During this class you will make, bake & then eat your own home-baked pizza from Ariella's antique wood-burning oven.
