LONG PASTA and TIRAMISU : Monday - Wednesday - Friday SHORT PASTA and TIRAMISU: Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday Through this course we will introduce you to the world of homemade pasta. With us you will learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from spaghetti to short pasta. You will learn how to make timeless typical recipes. We will teach you how to roll out the dough through the use of the hand sheeter for an exceptional pastry. We’ll also reveal the secrets to a perfect pasta dish with sauce. We will close the course with an Italian classic made together, Tiramisù. Together we will make the creams and assemble the dessert from scratch. What you will make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto. Enter our house, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine and take it with you, once you return home, to impress your guests!

Step inside the beautifully preserved castle and explore its grounds. Hear stories from your guide that bring the castle’s history to life. Built in the 14th century by the Scaligeri family, the castle was strategically placed to defend Verona. See the iconic fortified port – a rare medieval harbour that protected Scaliger and Venetian ships. Uncover the legend of Ebengardo’s ghost, who is said to haunt the castle in search of his wife. After your tour concludes, continue exploring the castle at your own pace. Climb to the top of the main tower and take snaps from the fantastic panoramic view of Lake Garda.

Uncover the ruins of an Ancient Roman villa on a guided tour. Hear stories from your guide that bring the villa’s history to life. As you explore the 2000-year-old complex, its grandeur as a lavish retreat can still be felt today by the architecture, mosaic floors and incredible views of Lake Garda. And see the surrounding Grande Oliveto, a historic olive grove of around 1500 trees – some of which are centuries old! Did you know that there are no actual caves or grottoes at the villa? The name was likely a mistake made by medieval tourists who mistook the ruins for natural caves.
