It is a hands on workshop where you get to create a meaningful moment of your time spent in Dublin.
Begin with a guided Distillery Tour before learning the basics of Mixology and create bespoke cocktails to enjoy in our eclectic Drink Studio. Discover the history of cocktails and the technique of creating a perfectly-balanced cocktail in a fun, engaging environment in a stunning boutique space. Learn shaking & stirring techniques, and create two custom cocktails using spirits crafted at our distillery under the guidance and support of our Head Mixologist. You will learn the basics of goldsmithing, this includes marking with a scribe and pierce your strip of silver with a jewelers saw. Learn how to form a ring using pliers and a ring mandrel. You will watch it being soldered whilst being explained the process by your teacher. How to file the ring using different size hand files and how to texture the ring using a planishing hammer- if you wish. You will watch it being polished on a polishing motor to your chosen finish – matt or shiny!
Our 60 minute painting workshops offer an enjoyable and relaxing way to spend some time on your own, with your children, or in a group. When you arrive we will give you a live demonstration on how we Cast (make) a metal model. Now the fun begins as you can now watch us make the model of your chooseing. You can choose the mould you want us to cast for you (e.g. toy soldier, cavalry, ballerina, fairy, Castle & Fairy doors etc). Once your model is casted you then visit our creative corner, choose your colours and just start painting your model. Once you have finished painting, you take your masterpiece home. Suitable for adults and children over 7 years of age.

Your tour guide, Micheál O’Sullivan, is an experienced, professional photographer and considered a leading authority on Irish landscape photography.
During this workshop on the Dingle Peninsula, we investigate and explore our camera settings at a series of wonderful scenic locations on the western edge of the Dingle Peninsula, that are specially chosen to demonstrate various aspects of photography. As you become confident and more creative using aperture and shutter speed settings, we’ll discuss using different types of lenses and mastering automatic and manual focusing. Towards the end of the session, we’ll discuss and experiment with filters, low light and long exposure photography towards the evening.
