We believe that the cooking class with tasting is successful when our guests test themselves cooking, learning, sharing their experiences and having fun. Therefore, we have a 2-people minimum and a 10-people maximum. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will contact you to reschedulethe class at another time or day. The class and tasting include: at least 4 recipes with preparation and tasting, and one tasting more (artisanal gelato). Water, wine or beer (in limited amounts) are included. We will walk through picturesque old paths called "creuze" which connect the sea with the surrounding hills ; they only can be found in Liguria and particularly in Genoa. We will discover the best panoramic views and you will get to know a bit of history of the city through original songs/tales accompanied on guitar, a definitely original way to visit a place !!

Here we will stop for a swim and to see with masks the Christ of the Abyss (a statue placed on the bottom of the sea), you will admire the magical bay and the abbey of San Fruttuoso from the sea.

Departure at 9 am from Genoa cruise terminal, arrival at the harbor of Santa Margherita at about 9:45 am, from where, in about 20 minutes, you can reach Portofino by boat, visit of Portofino and return by boat to Santa Margherita at 12:30, tour of the village of Santa Margherita and lunch in a typical trattoria. After lunch, through the pass of La Ruta, overlooking the Mount of Portofino, we reach Camogli by car, visit of the picturesque old town and at around 3:30 pm we return back to Genoa along the coastal road, with a stop to the center before to back on board. Though your English-speaking driver can offer commentary while driving you around, they are not allowed to do so outside of the car. If you would like someone to walk the sites with you or give commentary within major landmarks, private guides are available for hire at an additional cost.
