Vous pouvez glisser debout ou assis, selon votre niveau et votre aisance. Le parcours est jalonné de dunes de sable et de paysages magnifiques, avec parfois de petits animaux sauvages qui peuvent faire leur apparition. Le Slot Canyon est à l'écart de la foule et constitue une excellente alternative aux zones plus fréquentées. La randonnée à travers le Slot Canyon n'est pas difficile.
