The Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens are set in the beautiful seaside town of Tramore, County Waterford. These stunning gardens reflect the life and extensive wanderings of Patrick Lafcadio Hearn (Koizumi Yakumo), who grew up in Ireland, and whose life journey embraced several parts of the world. Follow Lafcadio Hearn’s life journey, first through the Victorian Garden, then to the American and Greek gardens, until you eventually arrive in the Japanese gardens which feature many Japanese plants and Japanese architectural features.

Kilkenny est surnommée la « ville du marbre » en raison de son marbre noir caractéristique. Nous commencerons cette visite par le château de Kilkenny, fondé après la conquête normande de l'Irlande. Le château a été reconstruit pour répondre aux besoins de ses habitants. Nous poursuivrons notre visite en direction du centre-ville, au cœur du Medieval Mile, où se trouvent Rothe House et ses jardins (ce site sera remplacé lundi par la cathédrale Saint-Canice). Kyteler’s Inn est un pub situé au cœur du Kilkenny médiéval. Butter Slip est l'un des plus pittoresques des étroits couloirs médiévaux de Kilkenny. Notre prochaine et dernière étape : House of Waterford Crystal, une cristallerie de luxe où des pièces de cristal authentiques et magistrales prennent vie.
