1. Zip-Lines on steel cables You’ll ride along an aircraft-grade steel cable using a pulley and safety harness. Gravity (thanks to a downward slope) pulls you forward. The system includes a friction brake and instructors are on hand to assist and ensure safety. 2. Suspension Bridge You’ll cross a moving (flexible) suspension bridge that sways with each step. It’s meant to be fun — you can “dance and jump” a little as you cross. 3. Rappelling (“rappel”) You get to rappel down a mountain wall using a “figure 8” safety device, controlling your descent with instructor support.
