Our Zinfandel Origin Wine Tour from Split, Croatia is a cool combination of history and wine in 2 small boutique wineries. Zinfandel’s migratory routes have been puzzling scientists for years until recently when DNA tests revealed it’s true origin and traced it back to the steep villages near Split. Join us for this educational wine tasting experience and learn about Zinfandel’s true origin, try indigenous Croatian wine sorts not available elsewhere in 300 year old wineries and walk to the Biblical Garden.
