Yoro Park
Your adventure begins with a visit to Yoro Koen, a serene park nestled at the foot of the Yoro Mountains. Your guide will lead you on an easy hike to Yoro Falls, a stunning waterfall which has been celebrated in art and literature for centuries and is listed as one of the best 100 waterfalls in Japan.
Along the way, you’ll follow a stream criss-crossed by a series of bridges and surrounded by a variety of trees which change colors with the season—meaning that every visit is different, but always spectacular.
In spring, you’ll be enveloped in a sea of over 3,000 cherry trees—including Yoshino, Higan, and double-flowered varieties—that burst into bloom between late March to early April, transforming the park into a dazzling display of soft pink petals. Whether you're visiting during the height of sakura season, experiencing the vibrant colors of autumn, or escaping the heat of summer, the park offers some of the most picturesque natural scenery in the region.

The Site of Reversible Destiny Yoro Park
After visiting the waterfalls, you will have time to explore a truly unique art theme park known as The Site of Reversible Destiny. The theme of the park is to "encounter the unexpected" and its countless optical illusions and disorienting space are certain to keep you guessing and provide plenty of fun photo opportunities at every turn.
Inside Yoro Park there is a small food court with multiple festival-style stands selling a variety of foods ranging from yakisoba to sausages, gohei mochi, and more. You are also welcome to bring your own bento or snacks to enjoy in the picnic pavilion.

Gozaisho-dake
After Yoro, we’ll make our way to Mt. Gozaisho, where the views are nothing short of jaw-dropping. The Gozaisho Ropeway takes nearly 15 minutes and offers stunning views of the alpine landscape, strange rock formations, and seasonal foliage below. However the highlight of your day will surely be the views from the summit of Mt Gozaisho.
At the top of the mountain, you’ll find summit observation platforms offering some of the most spectacular vistas in Japan. Take in sweeping views of Ise Bay, the Japan Alps, and, if the skies are clear, even Mt. Fuji.
In spring, the mountain is adorned with fresh green leaves and wildflowers, but it’s in the autumn months that Mt. Gozaisho truly shines—when the entire landscape is painted in rich hues of red, gold, and orange.
